The primary role of the Manager would be to make and take calls, meet potential customers and convert leads into residents for our properties. This is an aggressive sales role with monthly targets. The Sales & Marketing Manager would be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for Zolo Bangalore properties.
-Customer Acquisition and Conversion: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails and meet customers daily through walk-ins.
-Convert all kinds of enquiries into customers on call and in person at our Zolo luxury accommodation in Bangalore.
-Lead Generation: Engage in hyperlocal activities in and around the properties to tap into leads and meet the monthly targets
Experience: 0-4 years
Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A.
UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization
