We are Hiring for Encore Capital. (on Teamlease payroll)
The incumbent of this role will be expected to:
- Work closely with leaders and employees to understand the business complexities, improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Support the Employee life cycle and activities such as New Hire Orientation, Onboarding, Training and Development, Recognition
- Act as a consultant to the leaders / managers on HR initiatives, people processes and policies; Educate and communicate through mediums such as Power Hour sessions
- Resolve complex employee relations problems and address grievances ensuring fair, consistent and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures and values
- Maintain general HR MIS with 100% accuracy. Analyze data to present meaningful trends to support organization level objectives
- Lead HR initiatives to drive performance management, employee development, adherence to company policies and procedures
Location- Gurgaon
